GUANGZHOU, China — 1 November 2026 — Nantong Youmian Haochen Textile Co., Ltd. is exhibiting at the 140th Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair), Phase 3, at booth 14.3G22 in the Home Textiles section of the Canton Fair Complex. Phase 3 runs from 31 October to 4 November 2026.

The Jiangsu-based manufacturer is showing its full hotel linen range — bed linen, towels, bathrobes, pillows and table linen — alongside the greige and finished fabrics woven at its own mill. The booth is staffed by the company’s export team and technical staff for the duration of the session.

What is on display

The booth is organised around fabric rather than finished product. A wall of hanging swatches runs the length of the stand, with each length labelled by weave, yarn count and width so that buyers can read the specification before they handle it.

  • Weaves — sateen, twill and plain, plus stripe and jacquard options for branded programmes
  • Specifications — yarn counts from 60×60 to 128×128, thread density from 173×120 to 300×120, fabric width 240–300 cm
  • Fibres — cotton, polyester, bamboo fibre and Tencel, shown as side-by-side swatches for hand-feel comparison
  • Finished goods — fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers, including an unbleached cotton bedding set
  • Terry and accessories — towels, bathrobes, pillows and cushion covers
  • Упаковка — branded poly bags, woven labels and export cartons for OEM programmes

“The stand is built around the fabric itself,” the company said. “Most buyers who stop here have an existing specification they are trying to match or improve. They want to feel the weave and see the density before the conversation moves to price.”

The questions buyers bring to the booth

Conversations at the stand follow a consistent pattern. Buyers arriving with a live sourcing project typically want five things confirmed before they will discuss volumes:

  • Minimum order quantity — 500 pieces per item for custom bedding, set by the minimum dye batch rather than by sewing capacity
  • Отбор проб — 7–15 days for a counter sample, with 10–20 industrial wash cycles recommended before approval
  • Lead time — 30–45 days for bulk custom orders after pre-production sample approval
  • Certification — OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 (certificate SHWO 108278, TESTEX, Product Class II), plus ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Capacity — 5,000,000 m of fabric and 650,000 pieces of finished goods per month

A detailed written answer to each of these, including the factory data behind it, is published separately: Hotel Linen Sourcing: 8 Questions Buyers Ask Before Placing an Order.

Manufacturing behind the display

Every product on the stand is made at the company’s own facilities in Nantong, Jiangsu — weaving, dyeing and finishing, cutting, sewing, embroidery and packing are all carried out in-house rather than subcontracted.

Facility Area Equipment Monthly output
Weaving base, Nantong 46,000 m² 600+ air-jet looms 5,000,000 m of fabric
Finished goods base, Nantong 20,000 m² Cutting, sewing, embroidery, packing 650,000 pieces

Workforce: 620. The company has been in home textiles for 21 years and supplies hotel groups, distributors and OEM programmes across Australia, North America, Europe and the Middle East.

Certification on file

Certification Scope
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 — SHWO 108278 (TESTEX) Product-level testing for harmful substances, Product Class II
ISO 9001 Quality management system
ISO 14001 Environmental management system
ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety management
Jiangsu High-Tech Enterprise Provincial technology enterprise designation

Certificate numbers can be checked directly with the issuing bodies. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certifies the tested article, not the production site — a distinction worth noting when comparing supplier claims.
